<h3>Civil War @ Charleston</h3> <p>Link to <a href="main.html">no frames version of Civil War @ Charleston</a></p> <p>I have implemented a new version of the website using frames. Apparently your browser does not use frames. We have opted for a very simple use of frames with a single menu bar. Those who have used it say it makes the site more useful. We also maintain a version of the site for persons using Netscape 1; Microsoft Internet Explorer 1.0 and the old America Online Browser which do not use frames. You can access that version by pursuing our <a href="main.html">noframes link to our main page</a>.</p> <p>Our transition to frames should be completed by October 1 and hopefully, the final version will better accomidate browsers without frames. Unfortunately before then, you may encounter this page repeatedly. We appoligize, but we have over 50 pages to recode and couldn't get it done all at once.</p> <p><a href="hamilton.html">William Hamilton</a> welcomes your comments. </p>
